Objectives and key results (OKRs) is a goal-setting framework originally introduced by Andrew Growe in the 1970s. The framework has been used to support success of many large enterprises, like Google, Intel, and the Gates Foundation. Viva Goals is a tool to manage, follow and update an organization's OKRs.

In this session, we will take a look at the basics of the OKR framework, what implementing OKRs means to an organization, and how Viva Goals is used for managing OKRs. We will explore the features of Viva Goals, how to set it up for your organization, and what integrations are currently available.

Use the power of AI and machine learning with Microsoft Syntex to help innovate and automate business processes. Syntex when initially released focussed on classifying and extracting metadata but now there is much more such a Content Assembly, Image Tagging, Advanced Metadata search etc...

In this session we will take a deep dive into Contract management and show you how you can use Microsoft Syntex to manage the Contract lifecycle in your organisation. Manage contracts with automatic tagging, approval workflows, automatic document generation and lifecycle management.

I will also discuss the Content Lifecycle and how Microsoft Syntex with it's automation can help at every stage of the content lifecycle in your organisation. Initially classifying and extracting metadata to now generating documents in response to the metadata extracted.

At the end of this session you have a good grasp of Microsoft Syntex and it's capabilities for contract management and I will show you a great integrated use case. This scenario could then be rebuilt and adapted to meet many common business scenarios by using AI and machine learning to make work better!
