<p data-ms-editor="true" spellcheck="false">The audience of our workshop day focuses on all the M365 stakeholders within organizations including: administrators, architects, engineers, operations, power users, citizen developers, and more.&nbsp; The event is scheduled for Friday, October 13, 2023, meeting in person at the Microsoft Technology Center (MTC) in Edina, MN.&nbsp; This all-day event runs from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm central time and will feature workshops focused on Security/Compliance, Administration, Adoption, Automation, AI, and Collaboration.&nbsp; Each workshop will be 2 hours and 45 minutes in length, true in-depth workshop knowledge.</p>
<p spellcheck="false" data-ms-editor="true">The Minnesota Microsoft 365 User Group was started in 2017 to provide a forum for sharing Microsoft ideas and questions with peers. We meet the second Monday of the month virtually in Teams from 12:00 - 3:00 pm Central Time.&nbsp; Our Workshop Days are held bi-annually in the Spring and Fall to create a place for in-depth knowledge sharing from expert speakers around the world including Microsoft MVP's, Microsoft Regional Directors, Microsoft Product Managers and Engineers, and many subject matter experts focused on Microsoft Teams and M365. Not only do we focus on providing our community with rich technical knowledge to help them in their management of M365, but also give back every month to our local charities through the help of sponsors and our own charity giving campaigns.</p>

MN M365 11th Bi-Annual Fall Workshop Day

SharePoint is at the core of almost everything you’ll do in Microsoft 365, so getting your team comfortable with using it is absolutely critical. How can you help them experiment and learn about SharePoint – without turning everybody loose on your own live server?

Join us for this immersive, experiential session where we offer a safe environment to explore, build, ask questions and play with all the puzzle pieces. Learn all about SharePoint’s core functions, like:

- Creating and customizing SharePoint sites
- Incorporating various SharePoint and M365 functions
- Important design principles
- Communication sites vs. team sites
- Hub site navigation best practices

This will be a hands-on lab workshop, so please bring a laptop – we will be inviting you into a demo Microsoft 365 tenant environment.

In this session you will learn how to modernize your intranet portal and produce a high value, low effort communication portal.    Hub Sites, associated spoke sites, People Directories, Viva Connections and Teams Integrations are all topics we will cover in depth during an interactive presentation.
