We're delighted to announce the much-anticipated M365 Community Days NJ, a legacy event that has evolved from the SharePoint Saturday we first hosted back in 2013. This year, a decade since our journey began, marks a new era for our event, and we're returning stronger than ever with a fresh team of enthusiastic community organizers and volunteers.</p>
<p>Our 2024 event is set to welcome around 100 participants from diverse industry verticals, all coming together to explore and celebrate the latest in Modern Work. We're zeroing in on cutting-edge tools like SharePoint, Teams, and Viva, key drivers in today's dynamic work environments.</p>
<p>But that's not all – our focus extends to those with a keen interest in Business Productivity, providing insights and strategies for enhancing efficiency and output. Title: M365 and Business Applications (D365/Power Platform) Better Together & Customize Copilots via Copilot Studio
Abstract:
Golden Era of AI – Microsoft Copilots How role-based copilots built on top of M365 Copilots and upcoming customization
Why Attend? [3-4 bullets]
•	Relevance: M365 and Business Applications (D365/Power Platform) Better Together & Customize Copilots is critical in today’s context, especially for [e.g., professionals, enthusiasts, students interested in AI Innovation, etc.]. Microsoft 365 Copilot is the copilot for work for everyone, while Copilot for Sales (--Copilot is the copilot designed for sellers.), Copilot for Service (Service agents) and finance.  
•	Like other Copilots, they both leverage GPT. They can both connect and reason over Microsoft Graph data. They work alongside you in M365 apps like Outlook and Teams. 
•	Now M365 Copilot has broader uses cases beyond Outlook and Teams, like in Word, PowerPoint, and more. 
•	On the other hand, Sales Copilot can reason over CRM and M365 Graph data and therefore deliver seller-specific experience, out of the box, in both M365 or D365 Sales. That means less time building (vs. using plug-ins), higher quality insights & suggestions, assistance tuned to every step of the seller journey.
•	Insights: Microsoft Strategy Copilot Studio included in the license of Copilot for M365. These capabilities included are only for customizing M365 Copilot Chat (formerly Biz Chat) with plugins that you design with Copilot Studio. There are three reasons why you would extend: Bring in diverse data sources into the M365 copilot conversation, optimize business processes with workflows via plugins, and finally, be able to configure plugins to provide specific responses for mission critical scenarios.
