For more than three decades, Dave has been building database‑driven applications, teaching developers, and energizing technical communities. A Microsoft Certified Trainer since 2001 and an eight‑time Microsoft MVP, he’s known for making complex topics click. Dave runs three active user groups—MAD SharePoint, MACEME, and the Baltimore Cloud Meetup—where he brings people together across the SharePoint, cybersecurity, and cloud ecosystems. At DSA, Inc., Dave supports U.S. Army missions at Aberdeen Proving Ground through SharePoint training and custom application development. His certification wall includes MCSD App Builder, MCSE for SharePoint, and MCSA SQL Server. When he’s not building solutions, he’s teaching the next generation of technologists at UMD’s iSchool, Towson University, and Stevenson University.
